An opportunity for innovative thinkers in the UK Chemistry Academic Community to encourage pragmatic, rational, data-driven and scientific decision-making within their student teams.

Participants will experience the challenges and share the excitement of working within the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries - and are assisted to acquire a profound understanding of the factors that affect chemical reactions so that they can develop (and then optimise) sound, robust and commercially-viable chemical processes.

The Understanding Chemical Processes programme is a 2-day residential workshop - running from Tuesday lunchtime to Thursday lunchtime - with the emphasis on interactivity and problem-solving in small groups. It is designed and delivered by a joint team of experts from industry and academia. The whole programme is backed by blue-chip sponsors.
